Remove
Open the RH rear door.
Fold down the armrest.
Use a plastic trim tool to release the cup holder from the locking tabs.
Lift up on the cup holder and remove it from the vehicle

Procedure
Remove the LH rear door exterior release handle. See Handle - Exterior
Release - Door - Rear - LH (Remove and Replace).
Exercise the handle mechanism, pulling the handle to the maximum
position and releasing it, 5 times.
