Tesla Model 3: Sensor - Ambient Air Temperature (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the front fascia. See Fascia - Front (Remove and Install).

Sensor - Ambient Air Temperature (Remove and Replace)

  1. Disconnect the electrical harness from the ambient air temperature sensor connector.

Sensor - Ambient Air Temperature (Remove and Replace)

  1. Release the clip that attaches the ambient air temperature sensor to the lower grille, and then remove the sensor from the lower grille.

Note: Press the tab that attaches the ambient air temperature sensor and slide up to remove it from the lower grille.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
