Tesla Model 3: Hose - Return - HV Battery (Remove and Replace)

Remove

  1. Remove the HV battery. See HV Battery (RWD) (Remove and Install).

Hose - Return - HV Battery (Remove and Replace)

  1. Release the clip and disconnect the RH inner HV battery return hose fitting from the RH end of the HV battery platter enclosure.

Hose - Return - HV Battery (Remove and Replace)

  1. Release the clips that attach the RH inner HV battery return hose to the HV battery.

Hose - Return - HV Battery (Remove and Replace)

  1. Release the clip and disconnect the LH inner HV battery return hose fitting from the LH end of the HV battery platter enclosure.

Hose - Return - HV Battery (Remove and Replace)

  1. Release the clips (x5) that attach the HV battery return hose to the LH side of the HV battery, and remove the hose from the HV battery.
  2. Remove the plug from the HV battery return hose, if installed.

Install

Installation procedure is the reverse of removal.
