Remove
Disconnect 12V power. See
12V Power (Disconnect and Connect).
Remove and discard the nut that attaches the DCDC ground busbar to the
HV battery at the DCDC passthrough.
Remove
Harness - 12V Battery Ground-Remove
Remove
Remove the cowl screen panel. See
Panel - Cowl Screen (Remove and Replace).
Remove and discard the nut that attaches the front harness ground wire
to the 12V battery ground harness,

Drive Unit - Front - Install
Install
Lower the front drive unit onto the front subframe.
Note: Make sure not to move the rear front drive
unit support posts from their previous
positions.
Carrier Assembly - Charge Port - Install
Install
Position the new carrier assembly on the charge port
assembly, and then install the bolts that attach the
carrier assembly to the charge port assemb
