Remove
Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and
Replace).
Remove the cab

Remove
Open the RH rear door.
Fold down the armrest.
Use a plastic trim tool to release the cup holder from the locking tabs.
Lift up on the cup holder and remove it from the vehicle.
Install
Install a new cup holder into the armrest.
Note: Press firmly on the edges of th
Wheel (Remove and Install)
Caution:
Do not install base wheels onto vehicles with performance brakes, or
install performance wheels onto vehicles with base brakes. Base and performance
wheels have different offsets to accommodate base and performance brakes. Refer
to
Wheels for offset information.
