Remove
Raise and support the vehicle. See Raise Vehicle - 2 Post Lift.
Remove the rear underhood apron. See Underhood Apron - Rear (Remove and
Replace).
Remove the cabin intake duct. See Duct
Install
Connect the LH headlight ECU connector, and then position the ECU onto
the headlight.
Note: Position the seal to the headlight ECU, if necessary.

Perform step 11 through step 26 of the penthouse air leak test on the HV
battery. See
Penthouse Air Leak Test.
Hand-tighten the adjustable elements (x4) on the penthouse cover
counter-clockwise so that they are fully engaged.
Caution:
Hand-tighten only.
Install a new HV batt
Airbags inflate when sensors detect an impact
that exceeds deployment thresholds. These
thresholds are designed to predict the severity
of a crash in time for the airbags to help
protect the vehicle's occupants. Airbags
inflate instantly with considerable force
accompanied by a loud noise.
