SPECIAL TOOLS
Front license plate bracket jig, Model 3, EMEA (1496772-00-A )
Procedure
Clean the front center surface of the front fascia with isopropyl
alcohol (IPA) wipe, and then allow surface to dry before continuing.
Put the front license plate bracket on the jig: Line up the 2 hol
Cap - Penthouse 12V (Remove and Replace)
Remove
Remove the 2nd row lower seat cushion. See
Seat Cushion - Lower - 2nd Row (Remove and Replace)
Lift the 12V cap straight up from over the high voltage controller
connector on the RH side of the penthouse, and then remove the 12V cap from
the vehicle.
